*Cleaning fees are now built into your overall rental cost.
*Renting party is liable for any damage caused to the facility.
*A $500 damage deposit is required for all event rentals.
This damage deposit may be fully or partially refunded based on the condition of the event center (this includes rearrangement of furniture)
when complete and a Alts Copperhouse
employee has inspected the facility.
If the damage deposit is not returned in full,
an explanation will be given in writing.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
If additional time is needed above and beyond your scheduled event;
$100 per hour if on the day of the event day, and if that time is available.
$150 per hour if the day prior or after the event day, and if that time is available.
