**1. Waiver of Liability**

In participating in activities with DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC ("Activity"), I recognize and accept all inherent risks, including physical or psychological injuries, illness, or death, which may arise from my own or others' actions, negligence, or conditions at the activity location. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, and waive any claims against DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC, its affiliates, managers, agents, volunteers, and other associated representatives for any injury or loss arising from my participation.

**2. Acknowledgement of Risk**

I acknowledge that participating in this Activity may involve physical and mental challenges and may lead to serious injury, disability, emotional distress, or death. I am fully responsible for all risks associated with my participation and will not hold DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC responsible for any resulting damages.

**3. Indemnity Clause**

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC from any claims, suits, or actions for liability, damages, or costs, including attorney’s fees, brought by myself or others on my behalf. In the event of medical expenses arising from participation, I accept full financial responsibility and acknowledge that I should carry personal health insurance.

**4. Financial Responsibility for Damages**

I accept liability for any damage to property or equipment caused by my willful, negligent, or reckless actions during participation in the Activity. DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC reserves the right to pursue reimbursement for such damages.

**5. Agreement for Minors**

If the participant is a minor, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf, affirming consent to the terms outlined here.

**6. Terms of Indemnity Agreement**

This indemnity agreement protects DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC against any claim or damage arising from participation in the Activity. DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC holds no responsibility for claims of negligence unless legally exempt.

**7. Authorization for Credit Card Transactions**

Participants may authorize DBA Alt’s Copperhouse LLC to process payments using the provided credit card information for agreed-upon transactions. This authorization remains valid until cancelled in writing.

By signing, I confirm that I am over 18 years old, have carefully read and understood this waiver, and agree to its terms voluntarily. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I have full authority to do so.
